A NEW WORKSHOP for anyone making the leap from education to work.
It is available to individuals and to companies and can provide a valuable introduction to what it is really like to start work for the first time as well as promoting relationships both within and across companies and workplaces.
In this workshop we will explore the differences between school/college/university and the workplace.
Participants are encouraged to provide subjects they wish to explore and discussions are generally limited to 15 minutes.
Some examples might be:
Personal responsibility
Behaviour
Time keeping
Opinions vs bullying
The office layout and machinery
Bosses vs teachers
The workshops are 3.5 hours duration and provide intense, thought provoking discussion in a rapid format to maintain energy and interest and to ensure that as many discussion topics as possible are covered.
Places on workshops are limited to 12 participants except for single company bookings and are priced at just £20 per person.
