Introduction to Management and Coaching
ITMAC is the only standard course we run and consists of 15 modules in two formats:
Short (introduction to the subject)
Long (comprehensive coverage of the subject including testing and feedback)

Short modules are one hour in length and offer a basic introduction to the subject outlining some of the key features and tools for today's manager/coach. Most short modules are available via video call sessions.
Long modules are between a half day (3.5hrs) and one full day each (7 hours) and offer introductory theory of the subject plus detailed tools and techniques as well as the opportunity to test some of these with other delegates and receive feedback.

More detailed management skills e.g. setting up competency frameworks for performance management, organisational development etc. are not covered by ITMAC but are available on a bespoke basis.
