Firstly, contact us so we can discuss your situation. We will endeavour to do this by phone, email or video call rather than face to face meetings as these tend to take more time than required and rarely justify the effort of getting together.
Once we have an idea of your requirements, we will put together an outline proposal for you, highlighting initial development needs. You then say yes, no or maybe to this.
Where you decide to use our expertise, we will agree on a method of development, area(s) of development, time period, review process and cost.
an example might be: Video coaching via skype, covering change management and delegation skills, lasting for 2 hours broken over a 2 week period with a cost of £40. You can purchase an hourly session using the pay pal buttons at the foot of the page or on the 'quick overview' page.
Once this is decided, we arrange a schedule of when to call you. You then buy the time blocks on this site via paypal and we then carry out the session at the agreed time/date.
Alternatively, you may decide that you want a formal course covering a whole range of management issues such as offered by our Introduction To Management And Coaching course.

This course is designed for those new to team leader or people management positions and examines what management is about, teams, communication, essentials skills for new managers etc.
